We’ll take a full intake of your health history, then assess your body type and constitution through the lens of the Five Phases. You’ll receive a personalized report with:     •    Your archetype + constitutional insights     •    Daily/seasonal wellness opportunities & obstacles     •    Dietary and lifestyle recommendations     •    Strategies for balance and long-term vitality Herbal services can be added on to this consult for deeper support.

For targeted concerns + custom herbal support This service focuses on addressing a specific health issue or symptom through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formulas. Following a focused intake and pulse/tongue diagnosis, we’ll then create a prescription tailored to you. Formulas are available for pickup at Kamwo Pharmacy or can be mailed to your home. (Note: herbs themselves are not included in the consult price.) • Initial Herbal Consult — 30 min ($50) For first-time patients or new concerns. • Follow-Up Herbal Consult — 20 min ($30) For ongoing herbal support or adjusting formulas.
